  • 1 Can Great Northern beans, rinsed & drained (14.5oz Can)
  • 1 Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes (14.5oz Can)

  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Celery Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried Cilantro
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Package Cream Cheese 8oz Package

Let’s Take It Step by Step

  1. Combine chicken breasts, fire-roasted tomatoes, corn, white beans (drained & rinsed), hot sauce, chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, celery salt, onion powder, garlic powder, & dried cilantro into the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  3. Take two forks to shred chicken in the slow cooker; it really should fall right apart. If this a pain to do in the crockpot; use tongs to pull the chicken breasts out of the crockpot & transfer chicken to a cutting board to cut.

  • Boneless chicken thighs, ground chicken, ground turkey, or turkey may be substituted for the chicken breasts.
