Back in time when I was young, I could eat in the excess of 3 hard boiled eggs and still keep crying for more. My dad was so worried about my health that he cut off our supply of eggs until such a time I was conscious of what I ate. While I’m now all grown and watching what is on my plate, I can’t seem to resist the temptation of a perfectly boiled egg. And for those who are sailing the same boat as me and you are still struggling to boil your eggs dry, I dedicate this one recipe to you.
Why We Love Hard Boiled Eggs
